COVID-19 Sanitary Measures to Take at Your Arrival

Dear pilot,

As we all know, the world is currently going through a pandemic. That’s why at Alliance Aviation, we are taking sanitary measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees and students. You will find the list of mandatory sanitary measures to be taken by our staff and our students at our facilities below.

Sanitary measures to be taken:

Before your GS class, you must complete a questionnaire on our website. This is mandatory in order to start the training on time.
Before your first GS class or Simulator session, you will be given an appointment time. You must be present at our center to meet with our customer service representative at the time provided. We will take your body temperature and provide you with a sanitary kit that includes alcohol wipes, hand sanitizer, and a face mask. During this time we will also check your documents and take your TSA picture (if applicable).
You must begin wearing your face mask immediately in order for us to check your documents. Our representatives will also be wearing face masks for your safety and will provide you with an alcohol wipe to use before touching the documents.
Once you go to your desk to start your class, please use the alcohol wipes provided to you in your sanitary kit to clean your desk. This must be done before and after each class.
You will be required to use your hand sanitizer every time you go IN and OUT of your classroom.
Social distancing practices will be applied in the classroom. Please do not sit close to another student or the instructor.
No more than 4 students per class will be permitted.
No more than 5 people are permitted into every room, including the cafeteria.
The use of the face mask is MANDATORY at all times (no exceptions).
If you use the restroom, please make sure you wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds before returning to your classroom.
If you begin to experience any symptom(s) that may be related to COVID-19, please let us know immediately so we can take the proper actions.

REFUND POLICY: Notice of cancellation, must be received in writing at our office 60 business days prior to class start date. Immediately, upon notification of cancellation Alliance Aviation will refund the deposit. An amount of 50% of the deposit will be used to cover administrative fees. Failure to cancel prior to 60 business days from the start date will result in the forfeit of the entire deposit.
